This rifle has a 16" barrel with M4 profile, 1x9 twist, Mil-Spec M4 stock, CAR handguards with single heat shields, and A2 Flash Hider. The rifle also comes with 1 x 30rd magazine and a CA approved Gun Lock.  Ships with a Chamber Safety Tool in the chamber, showing clearly the weapon is unloaded.
 
 
This rifle is not available in CA, HI, NY, NJ, MD, & MA due to local state guns laws.

Excellent Rifle January 13, 2013

I bought the Echo 316 back in December as the prices were starting to go through the roof on AR's. I have wanted on for a long time since I am a former Marine, and have used many M-4's. I to was skeptical with the price of this AR but let me tell you. A 1000 rounds later not one issue with it very accurate out of box, well made just all around great gun. Thank you Del-Ton for a great product!!!

This rifle is incredible! It is such a well built firearm for the money. I would recommend this rifle to anyone. It is very accurate and reliable. Over 400 rounds through it without even a hint of an issue. It has consistent groupings from 50 yards which is as far away from the target as it has gotten so far.

I purchased a DTI 4 as a Christmas gift. I finially fired it on 31 Dec 2011. I ran it through its passes. I am a NCO in the Army. So I have high expectaions for my weapons. Well the DTI 4 ran flawlessly! I ran 300 rounds through it, and she never hiccuped at all. Round afte round on target. Great gun great price!

Great Rifle December 5, 2011

I bought this rifle in 2008 and found it to be very well built. The receivers don't rattle, I get very tight groups all of the time, granted I am now using an EoTech but still. I bought another rifle of one of the higher brand names and the GAS TUBE rattled and the first few shots downrange broke the firing pin retaining pin. I'm not putting the brand name bc i dont want DTI to get into any trouble with anything. Anyway, this is a great rifle and I would give it up for a million dollars just to get another DTI. Better than the rifle I deployed with.

I picked mine up  back in february.  At first I was slightly sceptical due to the low cost of the rifle.  After 1200 rds through it in the following months I cannot be happier.  It has performed almost flawlessly.  Out of the box the accuracy was astounding, and it came with several accessories.
