Description   About PRI GenIII AR15/M16 Free Float Round Carbon Fiber Forearm, Intermediate length, Black finish. The carbon fiber forearm is light weight high strength and also reduces the amount of heat transferred to the shooter during rapid fire. This Gen III forearm in Black Finish comes with 4 rails, 1 x 5.5" rail on top and 3 x 3" rails at 3,6 and 9 o'clock positions. The forearms is constructed of wrapped carbon fiber, with an aluminum barrel nut and collar. Total length of the forearm is 9" and weighs 14oz. including barrel nut. The clearance from the center line of the barrel to the underside of the forearm is .78". The inner diameter of the barrel nut is 1.020".
