All serialed numbered items must be transferred through a FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) Dealer.  Why?  This part of your gun is monitored by the ATF and there must be a transfer and a background check done on the individual purchasing the lower or rifle.  Before placing your order, the FFL must be on file at Del-Ton, Inc.  The FFL Dealer may fax (910-645-2244) or email a copy to sales@del-ton.com.  Please put "FFL" in the subject head. 

At the end of your online order, there is a place for "order comments".  Enter the the name as it appears on the FFL license in this area with a phone number for the dealer.  Failure to do so, may result in lower/rifle cancellation.  It is the responsibility of the consumer to put the FFL information in the order comments.  Leaving "order comments" blank and having the information on the FFL license may lead to cancellation of lower/rifle.
