The dissipator is a great tool. Well made. Performed without fail at an eight hour class. 110° outside. Maintained accuracy. Other rifles uppers at the class were priced 1000$ and up.

my barrel is very accurate. I had to get a lightweight bolt carrier because I had failure to eject and feed issues but I still give it a 5 star because it is so accurate and looks awsome.

I bought this back around 2013, have zero complaints. It really negates any other 16" upper, rifle length gas system, full sight radius, heavy barrel, and very accurate. It preforms very similar to the 20" system with more maneuverability. I changed out the furniture with magpul and a badger handle latch. One could option for 1:8 barrel twist, flutting, or some other muzzle device, but still a great all purpose upper.

I mounted this upper to a Rock River Arms lower and could not be happier! It does what I wanted! It is a soft shooting accurate upper. I have only had a couple range sessions with it. The first was to sight it in and get a feel for the rifle. Buy the end of the first session I was ringer a steel target at 100 yards with A2 sights. The second session I started shooting multiple targets and was pleased with how easy sight acquisition was between shots! The softer recoil aids tremendously in this. Recommend? Heck YES!
