I was deciding on CM triggers for a while but both Gen I and II from CM were recalled. I went with the JP. Extremely satisfied.
Having the prior experience, it was an easy swap. 20 min at the most. JP does include an instuctional DVD.
kit includes two light pull springs, and these work great by themselves. They take the pull from about 8+ lbs to 4-5 lbs and can be purchased seperately for about $15.
Two screws allow for less overall travel of the trigger and further lighten the pull to about 2.75 - 3 lbs. I couldn't adjust much lower than 3 lbs as the trigger then wouldn't function. There was a point where the front screw would not allow the trigger to move and the back screw would not release/catch the sear.
I shot 300 rounds w/ the trigger rapid and slow. No doubles, no bumps, no light hammer mis-strikes. I did not locktight the scews during the test and they did move a bit causing the trigger to go from 3 lbs to about 3.75
5+ Stars, 2 thumbs up.
