Great barrel but there is a problem August 26, 2018 Reviewer: John Hermesmeyer from Texas formerly from CA   This is the second of 2 barrels I have from Del-Ton the other being a A4 20 inch barrel. The barrel shoots true about 1 inch at 50 yards with 55 grain FMJ I reload but I've noticed both barrels need the windage cranked far to the left. I plan on getting a A1 barrel for a M16A1 clone I am building and hope the front sight post is closer to centerline. Was this review helpful to you?

GREAT BARRELS! 14.5 chrome lined barrel November 5, 2010 Reviewer: Benjamin Kiel from Laramie, WY United States   At first test accuracy was poor. After cleaning the barrel and trying several different loads accuracy was very good, especially for a chrome lined barrel. Average group was 1.5-2.5 inches at 100 yards. Best group was with 60gr. Vmax using Varget powder, this group resulted in a 3/4” group at 100 yards. Only complaint was this barrel doesn’t have M4 feed ramps. Was this review helpful to you?

Awesome replacement barrel for a good price! June 4, 2010 Reviewer: Art from Washington   Great chrome lined barrel!  I've finally installed it on my upper receiver with a YH Phantom flash hider.   And yes, I soldered and pinned the flash hider permanently to make the barrel 16 inches in length.  I tested the barrel at the range today and I was impressed!!   I will definitely recommend this barrel to my friends!  Thanks Del-Ton!!  AAA+++ Was this review helpful to you?

Happy project April 2, 2010 Reviewer: C Moth from Williston, ND United States   My "work in progress" has been going on for 5 years now (I'm a procrastinator). This barrel is perfect for my rifle. The fit and finish quality is excellent. My only complaint was that the bore was covered with metal shaving from possibly the gas port being drilled. A quick brush through with a lubricating solvent cleaned it out. The bore otherwise was immaculate with clean rifling. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one and the price was very good. Update: While sighting in I noted that this barrel is significantly more accurate than any other barrel I've on any mil-spec AR I've ever used. I don't know if I got lucky or if it's a consistent trait for these barrels but I'm very impressed. Was this review helpful to you?

Great barrel for a custom build up June 26, 2008 Reviewer: Joe Soto from Corpus Christi, TX United States   I have always been partial to Wilson Arms barrels. I purchased this barrel feeling a little apprehensive about the quality and componets since I could not tell from the picture.  When I received the item I was happy to see that I was right to wait to pick just the barrel that I need for my build up.  I am installing the barrel with a YHM Phantom muzzle device to bring the 14.5 inches up to 16.25 which will put it over the legal limit.  The price and quality were right on the nose.
