Not light weight May 22, 2021 Reviewer: Brad Simmons from LOGANTON , PA United States   The profile is not light weight. Its government profile from the barrel extension to the gas block. The gas block journal is the larger .750 and not the light weight profile of .625. Its only light weight after the gas block. Great kit April 5, 2017 Reviewer: Michael Taylor from Madison, AL United States   Bought this for an A2 build. Set was compete and package very well. Looks great after you build it. Just be aware that you have to completely assemble this kit. Every piece is packaged seperate so no fumbling around in a bag full of small parts to find the one you want. Very accurate shooting and a pleasure to shoot. Will finally buy from Del-Ton for my A1 build. Was this review helpful to you?

Great value, comes with all the parts necessary. January 31, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Bought one for an a2 build. Knowing I would be shooting mostly 55gr ammunition the 1/9 twist worked well shoots 2 1/2 inch groups at 59 yards without a rest. Decent accuracy for a military style barrel. Can't complain about much on it, although it's more of an a1 style barrel, it doesn't look wired on an a2. I would buy this barrel again, after 300 rounds I have had no issues with the barrel, except ammunition prices. Was this review helpful to you?

The best barrel for retro style builds. December 25, 2016 Reviewer: Finn from Concord, NC United States   Great barrel for my A1 (M16) retro style build. I wasn't going for an A1 "clone" which would cost way more. The barrel was shipped fast and well packaged. All the small parts sealed in a baggie.The fit and finish was far beyond my expectations. The grouping was nice and tight. I will definitely be purchasing more barrels from Del-ton in the future. Was this review helpful to you?
