NOTE: F-Marked Front Sight Base is not compatible with an A2 Upper due to height compatibility, therefore if you have an A2 Upper and want a standard front sight base you need to choose the Standard A2 Front Sight Base.

First off, Thank you Del-Ton! Megen and Kaitlyn are Amazing! Customer service, answering my rookie question, shipping could not be better!

The barrel kit is very well done. All sight parts are included!(big plus) All small parts are packaged easy to see and in order! The barrel is almost flawless! Clean bore, no burs at gas hole. Front sight is perfectly aligned. There is one spot on sight post hood that has the finish rubbed off but a black sharpie fixed it!

Thanks again. I will be ordering my next barrel kit end of the month. Next will be a lightweight mid-length.

Del-Ton customer for good!

used this kit on a build for myself, started with ordering it was quick and easy, fast shipping, every item was present and individually packaged, looked great,it went together just like they are made for each other. shoots great and if you are just a normal blue collar working person and trying to build a cost effective rifle this is the kit for you. 10 out of 10 del-ton you are the 1st place i check now when i need any AR related items and hate to order from any where else (only do due to in/out of stock issues)

I ordered this product on 16 Feb and received it on 24 Feb. All the parts seem to be in spec. Installed it on my upper and put a couple hundred rounds through it and it runs great so far. I will let you know if anything changes. Thanks Del-Ton!

The fit and finish of the barrel is SUPERB! A few tool marks around the handgaurd area but who cares because it will be covered up. The barrel nut/barrel/m4 barrel extension is perfectly in spec with my BCM upper and BCM bolt carrier group. Although I do need to check the head space and timing. However the delta ring assembly and barrel nut screw all the way onto the BCM upper to the last thread without grease. Also the m4 feed ramps also match perfectly with the BCM upper.

Overall I cant complain in quality or price. Ive heard a lot of complaints online about how Del-Ton isnt top tier or that their products are crap. I can say so far I am impressed. Just have to see how it fires and handles rounds.

Also in case anyone is curious, I was told by sales that they are now using 4150 CMV steel in their barrles. And was told by someone else they also do MPI testing (not validated by Del-Ton that I know of). So it looks like they are just as good as any top tier supplier.

I have just installed my new M4 barrel and it has digested 120 rounds without a hiccup. I haven't shot it for fine accuracy yet, but even off hand it groups well. This is my second from DTI and I do believe I've found my new favorite supplier of AR doodads.
