Order Status
How do I cancel my order?
  You can cancel your order by emailing us at [email protected] or by calling us at 910-645-2172.

If you choose to email, please type "CANCEL" in the subject head.  In the body of your email state your name and order number and that you wish to cancel your order.  If you do not receive a response in 1-2 business days, please resubmit your request or call us at 910-645-2172.

If you choose to call us, it is best to speak with a live person.  If you leave a message on our answering system, please state your name, your phone number, your order number, and that you wish to cancel your order.  If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation in 1-2 business days, then resubmit your request.

If you cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Your order WILL NOT be guaranteed cancellation through any other website.  Failure to follow proper instruction could
result in unwanted charges to your card.  It is the responsibilty of the consumer to make sure their order was cancelled.
Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please call 910-645-2172, for any changes or cancellation to your order.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
 

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock.  Backorders are filled first when product comes in.  Small parts orders with backordered items will be cancelled at 6 months old.  Any orders with builds will stay backordered, unless customer cancels order or Del-Ton, Inc has made several failed attempts to contact customers.
