DTI-4 October 19, 2010 Reviewer: Aaron W. from San Rafael, CA United States   I bought this gun from a local dealer in September of '09.  Living in CA, it came with a bullet button and a 10 round clip to comply with CA law.  I then got 800 rounds of American Eagle 5.56 ball ammo.  I have not had one jam or any other technical difficulty.  I have put this gun to the test, yet it has performed flawlessly for me.  This gun is a superb value for the money.  Don't waste cash on a big name brand; this gun can do it all. DTI - Super AR October 16, 2010 Reviewer: Robert W from Castaic, CA United States   Just Completed my 5th Del-Ton Build, Del-Ton doesn't ship directly to CA but no problem, my FFL gets them from his out of State dealer...Let me tell you, I had a STAG Model 1, but was so happy with my 1st 2 DTI builds, I sold my STAG and bought another DTI...They are JUST AS GOOD or BETTER than a STAG, I say that from 9 years Army experience and hundreds of rounds fired through both...I loved my STAG, but fellas, my DTI's, are SUPERB rifles. I have an A2, 2 M4's with DPMS uppers and 2 Full on DTI M4's...SO HAPPY with my FFL's choice of receivers, I am going to buy ANOTHER!!! HOO-AH, DEL-TON!!! Was this review helpful to you?

16 June 11, 2010 Reviewer: phillip wilkening from hockley, TX United States   I just got this rifle delivered and let me tell yall, this is an awsome rifle for the money. At this price, I was thinking it was gonna be the absolute bottom of the line. Not the case at all. This is a really well built rifle. It has a very smooth action, no feeding problem that i can find. Great finish as well. And believe me, as a machinist, I checked the workmanship of the metal parts and found it to be extremely well done. VERY VERY IMPRESSED! I will buy another rifle from them as soon as i can. And if their other products are as well made as this rifle, they have a lifetime customer. Addition- just got back from the range where i abused the crap out of this rifle. I shot 250 rounds of aimed fire over the course of an hour and a half. Then proceded to run 1250 rounds of american 5.56 as fast as humanly possible trying to jam the rifle. Only 1 due to a bad round. The rifle performed better than anything I have ever shot before. You will not be dissapointed if you buy this rifle. Was this review helpful to you?

Very Impresssed, Great Rifle April 3, 2010 Reviewer: David Doerr from Willow Street, PA United States   I waited almost a year for this (stock DTI-4) and was not disappointed. Fit and finish are perfect, one cleaning and she shot like a dream. No one failure in 500 rounds, consitant sub 5 inch groups at 100yards with a Strikefire 4moa red dot and my bad 48 year old eyes. With a 3x9 1"" groups are the norm. Great rifle and a great company! Was this review helpful to you?

I love my Rifle January 3, 2010 Reviewer: Robert V. Miller from Riverview, FL United States   I am a combat veteran and I had not fired any rifle since I ETSed out of the Army.  I shopped around and found that this Del-ton had everything that any other 5.56/M4 has.  Shooting this weapon was better than any day I ever had at the range while serving because this rifle was brand new and it's mine.  The only issue that I had was that I did not bring enough ammo. DTI-4 December 12, 2009 Reviewer: A.George from Ohio   Purchased a DTI-4 at a local gun show, after looking at many other manufacturers, models and kits to build my own. The Del-Ton DTI-4 was by far, the best value for the money. The several hundred dollars saved, were used to accessorize!. The quality of the parts and build is on par with any other rifle I saw, including the Big names! The fit and finish of all components is excellent. Do your self a favor, and look at the Del-Ton rifle before you build or purchase a AR-15. You won't regret it. Was this review helpful to you?

DTI-4 October 31, 2009 Reviewer: John from Tucson, AZ United States   Well just got it the other day and them went to the range today and sighted in my iron sights and scope and it performed superbly. Put only 190 round through is with one miss feed from the C Products mags the P Mags I have performed the best with this rifle and fit the mag well nicely. Very accurate and yes loud but i like that. This is my first rifle and first time I have sighted one in and fired a M-4. Easy to clean to. I had to field strip it of course and lube it good because it was dry and it has a very nice finish! It took 7 months to get here but worth the wait. I had Del-Ton install a RRA trigger which was very nice and broke at the right time and also had a YHM 4 rail gas block put on so its optics ready. Thanks a bunch for a great rifle Del-Ton!!!! I will always buy from you guys!! Was this review helpful to you?

So far, only 50 rounds but so good! October 24, 2009 Reviewer: Mark from NC United States   For the price this gun is great. Put 50 rounds through so far and no issues. With only the A2 attached for a rear sight it's really accurate...and I'm not too good of a shot and it's my first AR-15. Love it and love the fact it's made here in the USA and even in my home state of NC! Was this review helpful to you?
