All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Del-Ton Incorporated or purchasing Del-Ton Incorporated products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Del-Ton Incorporated or to purchase Del-Ton Incorporated products. Our Returns Department inspects each and every product that has been returned. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:
Items being returned for exchanges MUST be in brand new, resalable condition as clearly stated above. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the retail value of the product. Items returned in damaged/used condition will be rejected. Del-Ton does not return shipping charges.
Return for Refund:
A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account or via company check for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees.
If you have received a defective item, Del-Ton Incorporated must be notified within seven (7) days of receiving the items. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the buyer's receipt of defective merchandise according to delivery confirmation through UPS/USPS. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our Returns Department, a new item will be shipped to you. You will not be charged for shipping. However, we do not ship the replacement item until the defective item has been received. If you wish the replacement item shipped immediately, your credit card may be charged for the replacement item; that amount will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned defective item.

For your protection, we recommend using a reputable carrier to ship and insure your package. We are not responsible in any manner for lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt.

Del-Ton Incorporated reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the retail value of any and all merchandise that is returned for a refund.
All returned items sent back in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their shipment (rejected due to ineligibility), Del-Ton Incorporated reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Del-Ton Incorporated does not offer any warranty on products not manufactured by Del-Ton Incorporated. Each manufacturer is responsible for honoring its own warranty, although we may assist customers beyond our return period if we have specific arrangements with a particular manufacturer to do so. In most cases, we will provide the customer the means to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. We will not take items back once our return period has elapsed. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for dealing with the manufacturer on warranty issues.
When shipping a complete rifle for warranty work/troubleshooting, DO NOT send ANY ammunition with firearm. Make sure that the rifle is insured for correct value, including any and all accessories. Please do not pack personal belongings (blankets, shirts, pants, coats, pillows, towel, etc) around items. If personal belongings are sent, we cannot guarantee their return. If you are returning a rifle with magazines, please note, we can only return your magazines to you if they are legal for use in your state. If you live in a non-compliant state, ensure your rifle and/or magazine is legal, before you send it to us with your rifle.
Warranty for ALL DTI items, excluding DTI Rifles
Parts have a 60 day limited warranty. This warranty covers manufactured defects.
Returned before 60 day limited warranty ends: Shipping back items to Del-Ton Incorporated is at the expense of the customer. Del-Ton Incorporated will cover the cost of repair/replacement as long as it is a "manufacture defect". Del-Ton will pay shipping to return item to customer. See Returns Policy for proper returns.
Returned after 60 day limited warranty ends: Repair/replacement costs and shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. See Returns Policy for proper returns.
Warranty is only valid if item(s) is purchased directly from Del-Ton, Inc.
Always have a competent gunsmith assemble your barrel kit, barrel or rifle kit and headspace your barrel before first use. Using a rifle assembled incorrectly or assembled using incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged rifle, personal injury, death, or damage to property.
Warranty on DTI Rifles
Our Del-Ton Incorporated rifles have a limited life-time warranty. We will repair/replace any manufactured defects for as long as the original owner has the gun. Proof of retail purchase is required on all rifle warranty returns. Shipping items to Del-Ton are at the expense of the customer. Del-Ton will pay shipping to return item to customer. See Returns Policy for proper returns.
Please call us before changing out components on the rifle. Some changes may need special instructions or may void warranty.
Due to a number of comments and calls, we have come across feeding problems with certain ammunition. Shooting any of the following ammunition will VOID any warranty with Del-Ton Incorporated:
