Reviewer: Charles from Galt, CA United States
This is my 2nd upper like this , 1st one was liked by my Son-in-Law so much...I never got it back...shot very well for a LW barrel , (not CL) , fit and finish was outstanding , all lined up as it should , I am happy with this upper....

4 of 5 good quality, good value, except BCG had issues July 6, 2020
Reviewer: buschmaster
it had the typical 0.625" A1 pencil barrel, but with a .750" gas journal which accepts the more common A2 FSB, has longer and stronger pinning than A1, and prolongs gas port life due to erosion. barrel chrome plated but not chamber. military crown. square M4 sight post. triangular handguard support. fat/oblong variation of A2 handguards. barrel marked "DTI 1x9 CL 5.56 Nato". did not verify actual throat dimensions. picatinny rail T-marked. M4 feed ramps on receiver and extension. manufacturing mark was a square, which means the raw forging came from Cerro (very common). assembly was straight and solid.

the BCG was an unmarked phosphate semi-auto with chrome plated bolt journal. extractor had a regular spring assembly without the rubber O-ring update. gas key had YFS screws and one screw head was halfway stripped, leaving doubts as to the condition of the threads. staking was okay but sort of weak on one side. firing pin was bent.
