Well Done. October 8, 2013 Reviewer: Shaun Quinn from Sanford, NC United States   Very pleased, excellent platform, great quality, great warranty, very close to home. I was shopping around for 8-12 months from various manufacturers, states, retailers, & gun shows. I have handled many different ar-15s as well as did much research before going with the Del - Ton sport, it is exactly what I had hoped to experience so even though I have several items I will be adding in the near future I am extremely satisfied with this gun out of the box. Good buy August 30, 2013 Reviewer: Ron Winkler from Huntsville, AL United States   1-3-13 I was looking for value in my first AR;  found it with the DT Sport.  Upper is tight on the lower, no play.  Pins are tight, yet takedown is easy and re-assembly quick and re-alignment was easy.  Fire control components were tight with no play.  Other new ARs I've handled were loose, upper receiver was loose on the lower receiver.  It was adequately lubricated at breakdown, but I added some to that for peace of mind.  I added the carry handle/sight for a simple setup.  Can't wait for a range run.  Will post it when I get back. ============================= Long awaited range report, 3-9-13: Finally DT Sport ran great, and is more accurate than I am.  First shots hit within 2"@50.  BSA scope on top of the carry handle and proceeded to run it without failure and zero'd in.  Only complaint  is the adjustable stock is loose fitting.  Add the accessories you want, it's a keeper. ====================== 8-8-13 This rifle is just as accurate as my FNAR! Instant Satisfaction August 4, 2013 Reviewer: OhArfan from tiffin, OH United States   I have had this rifle for about two months. I have fired several hundred rounds through it, and dropped it in mud hunting. Has yet to miss a beat. I use to be a mini 14 fan. After shooting the DT Sport I will never look back. Smoothest action and accurate with open sights. (At least at the 75 yards I have sighted it in for. Was this review helpful to you?

Great rifle/great price May 16, 2013 Reviewer: Dan from West Virginia   This is my first AR style rifle and in a few words i have to say it was a fantastic purchase.  I purchased the rifle at my local gun shop and have never turned back.  I have dressed the rifle in all Magpul gear (which fit it nicely) from fore end to trigger guard its been all done in FDE.  I have put over 1000 rounds through the rifle and have yet to have one FTF or any other issue with the rifle.  This past fall i took my first deer with the rifle at 75 yards and it was less than 5 yards before it dropped.  Props to Del-Ton for a great entry level rifle and a well built product Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent Value May 1, 2013 Reviewer: Tony N from Tucson, AZ United States   During these crazy times, I was lucky to get this as MSRP.  This is an excellent value, no jams after 600 rounds, anything from PMC X-Tac, PMC X-Tac penetrator, M193, federals, AE, Remington, it shoots everything. I did upgrade it with Magpul furniture and EoTech and it has been a great Rifle. Only thing wrong was the trigger, the disconnect/sear was out of spec, it would go select fire. I replaced it with a upgraded drop in and spring kit and it is awesome. Only thing I would want above this is a 1/8 twist chromoly or hammer forged barrel. Overall it is a great value for the price, better than DPMS or Bushmaster of the same range. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent! March 30, 2013 Reviewer: Chris from Detroit, Michigan   This is my first AR-15 and I got it on Gunsamerica for a slightly marked up $829 (quite a steal in this current gun crazy climate) before shipping and transfer fees. I've put 400+ rounds through it already and it's deadly accurate without any malfunctions of any kind. For the money, it's a home run. By far the best gun in my collection and one I never hesitate to shoot. It's also my primary big gun for home defense. Great job, Del-ton! Was this review helpful to you?

Great rifle for the money February 21, 2013 Reviewer: DAMOND DUANGRAT from LINDEN, VA United States   For under $700 you cannot beat it. Sure it's not a Daniels Defense or LWRC. But lets be realistic here. There's nothing you can't do with the Delton that you can do with these top tier AR's. Shoot it, wear out the barrel after a few thousand rounds, switch it out with a nice cold hammer forged barrel and you'll have just as nice a rifle. The only gripe I have is that they stopped shipping with the hard plastic case. Was this review helpful to you?
